Sitting In My Chair by Tina Louise Milligan
Like a cloak of snow hides the filth of the earth our fear conceals the darkness from our innocence – Tina Milligan 2017
I wrote my story as a way to heal. The more I wrote, the more I realized that my truth might save a life. If you find yourself in a dark place, never give up hopeI survived
I am here to tell my story, so now others can learn from my mistakes and make better choices.
During my childhood, I endured years of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, which included rape and sodomy. During my teenage and young adult years, I battled Promiscuity, PTSD, Cancer, HidradenitisSuppurativa, Depression, and many relationship problems. After my second attempt at a college degree, my life settled down for a few years, and I worked in the family business. Now I have a new battle called Multiple Sclerosis.
These days, I enjoy being a wife, mother, auntie, and grandma. In my free time, I like to sit in my chair and write. I find great happiness in helping fellow warriors.
